   pre-setup/configured files for PlotSquared1.0

   Since the last version of PS, people are having troubles setting up a world with PlotSquared (known issue: 'you are not in a plot world'). I noticed that you can simply avoid this, by using older PS versions. Those files are basically generated in an older version and and will just work fine...
